Platelet-Rich Plasma

Your Blood. Your Growth Factors. Your Results.

PRP concentrates the regenerative power already circulating in your bloodstream — isolating and amplifying the growth factors your body uses to heal, rebuild, and regenerate tissue. Nothing synthetic. Nothing foreign. Just your own biology, concentrated.

The Process

How PRP Works

From blood draw to application in under 30 minutes. A straightforward, in-office process that isolates the most regenerative fraction of your own blood.

1

Blood Draw

A small sample (30-60 mL) is drawn from your arm — the same as a routine lab draw. Quick, simple, and familiar.

2

Centrifuge

Your blood is spun at high speed for 10-15 minutes, separating platelets and plasma from red blood cells and other components.

3

Concentrate

The platelet-rich layer is extracted — containing 3 to 5 times the normal concentration of growth factors, cytokines, and regenerative proteins.

4

Apply

The concentrated PRP is injected or applied topically to the treatment area, delivering growth factors precisely where tissue regeneration is needed.

Applications

PRP Applications

Concentrated growth factors have broad therapeutic applications — from facial rejuvenation to hair restoration to joint repair. The mechanism is the same: deliver the body's own healing signals in concentrated form.

Facial Rejuvenation

Vampire Facial

PRP applied topically during and after microneedling. Growth factors are driven into thousands of open micro-channels, accelerating collagen production and healing at the dermal level. The gold standard for combining regenerative biology with collagen induction.

Vampire Facelift

PRP injected alongside hyaluronic acid filler for structural volume restoration with a regenerative layer. The filler provides immediate lift; the PRP stimulates long-term tissue improvement in the surrounding area.

Hair Restoration

Scalp PRP

PRP injected into the scalp stimulates dormant hair follicles and extends the active growth phase of existing hair. Effective for thinning hair, early-stage hair loss, and post-treatment maintenance. Growth factors improve blood supply to the follicle and strengthen the hair shaft from the root.

Therapeutic

Joint Therapy

PRP injected into joints and tendons delivers concentrated growth factors to damaged tissue, supporting repair of cartilage, ligaments, and connective tissue. Used for knee pain, tennis elbow, plantar fasciitis, and rotator cuff injuries.

Sexual Wellness

PRP-based therapies (O-Shot and P-Shot) deliver concentrated growth factors to intimate areas, supporting tissue regeneration, improved sensitivity, and enhanced function. Administered by experienced providers in a clinical setting with complete discretion.

The Science

Why Your Own Blood

PRP is autologous — derived entirely from your own body. This is not a synthetic product, a lab-engineered compound, or a foreign substance. It is your own concentrated biology.

No Allergic Reactions

Because PRP comes from your own blood, there is zero risk of allergic response, rejection, or immune reaction. Your body recognizes every component as self. This makes PRP one of the safest regenerative therapies available.

Concentrated Growth Factors

The centrifuge process isolates platelets at 3 to 5 times their normal concentration. These platelets release over 30 bioactive proteins including PDGF, TGF-beta, VEGF, and EGF — the same signals your body uses to heal wounds and regenerate tissue.

No Synthetic Materials

PRP contains no chemicals, no preservatives, no lab-grown compounds, and no foreign biological material. Every molecule in the injection was circulating in your bloodstream minutes before application. The process simply concentrates what your body already produces.

The regenerative biology is yours.
The precision is ours.

PRP quality depends on preparation technique, centrifuge protocols, and application method. Your provider's clinical experience determines whether those concentrated growth factors reach the right tissue, at the right depth, in the right concentration.

Protocol Stacking

Multiply the Response

PRP amplifies the results of treatments that create a regenerative demand. When tissue is stimulated and channels are open, concentrated growth factors accelerate every phase of the healing response.

Better blood. Better platelets.

The quality of your PRP depends on the quality of your blood. Optimized hormones, balanced micronutrients, and reduced systemic inflammation produce platelets with higher growth factor concentrations. CLARITY members receive tiered discounts on all PRP sessions.

PRP Therapy FAQ

How is PRP prepared?

A small blood draw (typically 30 to 60 mL) is taken from your arm — the same as a routine lab draw. The blood is placed in a centrifuge that spins at high speed for 10 to 15 minutes, separating the platelet-rich plasma from red blood cells and other components. The concentrated PRP is then extracted and prepared for injection or topical application. The entire preparation takes about 20 minutes.

Does PRP hurt?

The blood draw is a standard venipuncture, similar to any lab draw. For facial PRP injections, topical numbing cream is applied 20 to 30 minutes beforehand. Most patients describe the injection sensation as mild pressure with occasional brief stinging. When PRP is applied topically after microneedling, there is minimal additional discomfort beyond the microneedling itself.

When will I see results?

Initial improvements in skin texture and tone are often visible within 2 to 4 weeks as growth factors stimulate cellular activity. The full collagen-building response develops over 3 to 6 months. Hair restoration results typically take 3 to 6 months to become noticeable as dormant follicles reactivate and begin producing new growth. Results are cumulative and improve with each session.

How many sessions do I need?

For facial rejuvenation, most patients benefit from 3 sessions spaced 4 to 6 weeks apart, followed by annual maintenance. Hair restoration protocols typically involve 3 to 4 sessions over 4 to 6 months. Joint therapy may require 1 to 3 sessions depending on the condition. Your provider will design a specific treatment plan based on your goals and the application.
